Connecting DayDream to Your Clearinghouse

DayDream automatically pulls in ERAs and EOBs from multiple sources to streamline your billing process. We work with your team during onboarding to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

How It Works

DayDream receives your ERAs/EOBs from two main sources:
  • Clearinghouse (i.e. ERAs from DentalXChange, Vyne, Stedi)
  • Upload (i.e. EOBs you receive through the mail)
Once we receive these documents, we digitize them and post them directly into your practice management system (i.e. Open Dental).
Stedi Partnership: DayDream partners closely with Stedi as another source for ERAs. We handle all the setup for Stedi—nothing is needed on your end. This is another source option we will highly utilize to ensure your ERAs flow seamlessly into DayDream.

What You’ll Need

Once your DayDream login is activated, you’ll be guided through connecting your clearinghouse accounts in the Logins Manager. This ensures we can automatically pull in your ERAs every night. Keeping credentials updated: If your team updates any clearinghouse username or password, you’ll want to update those in DayDream as well so we can continue accessing your ERAs without interruption.

How DayDream Handles It

Once your clearinghouse accounts are connected, DayDream automatically pulls in ERAs every night at 12am PT and surfaces them in your Posting section. Your clearinghouse connections also enable us to send claims and follow up on outstanding claims on your behalf.

Why It Matters

By connecting your clearinghouses to DayDream, you ensure that no EOBs or payments slip through the cracks. We handle the automated pulling, digitizing, and posting—so you can focus on patient care while we help you get paid.
