What Launch Day Means

Launch Day marks the transition from onboarding into active service with DayDream. At this point:
  • Your platform setup is complete
  • Your workflows are live
  • The DayDream team begins handling work as outlined in your signed services
Launch Day is not a one-time event — it’s the start of your ongoing partnership with DayDream.

What Changes on Launch Day

On Launch Day, DayDream officially begins working within your systems based on the services you selected. This may include:
  • Insurance A/R (claims, payments, and reconciliations)
  • Claims Cleanup
  • Verifications
Your office does not need to change how you work day to day unless discussed during onboarding.

How to Work With DayDream After Launch

Once live, most day-to-day collaboration happens through the platform.

Tasks

Tasks are used for patient-specific questions or requests.
  • If action is needed from your office, it will appear in My Tasks
  • If you’ve responded and are waiting on DayDream, it will appear in Waiting for DayDream

Visibility

  • Uploads: where paper checks and EOBs are submitted
  • EOBs: where payments are digitized, posted, and tracked (informational for offices)
  • Verifications: where appointment verification status can be viewed (informational for offices)
  • Outstanding Claims: where DayDream works unpaid claims (informational for offices)

What We’ll Continue to Need From Your Office

To keep things running smoothly after launch:
  • Upload paper checks and EOBs promptly and make bank deposits promptly
  • Keep insurance information updated in your PMS
  • Update portal logins in DayDream when they change
  • Respond to Tasks when office input is needed
These small actions support faster turnaround and fewer follow-ups.

Adding or Updating Team Members

If a new team member joins your practice after launch:
  • Invite them through Settings → Team
  • Have them review:
    • Training Phase and it’s subsections of the DayDream platform
    • DayDream Standards (if applicable)
This helps new staff get aligned without slowing things down.

What Success Looks Like After Launch

In the weeks following Launch Day, you should expect:
  • Fewer manual follow-ups
  • Clear visibility into work in progress
  • Consistent communication through the platform
  • Reduced billing friction over time
If questions come up, your DayDream point of contact is always available.

A Final Note

DayDream’s systems and standards are designed to create consistency, clarity, and long-term improvement — even when that means changing how things were done before. Launch Day isn’t about perfection.
It’s about momentum.
We’re excited to be live with your practice.
