What to Expect During This Phase
How DayDream Works Day to Day
We begin by reviewing how DayDream supports your practice on an ongoing basis, including:- How work is organized and tracked
- How questions and follow-ups are communicated
- How issues are identified, worked, and resolved
Platform Walkthrough
During the Training Phase, we review the DayDream platform and how your team will interact with it. This typically includes:- Navigating the platform
- Understanding how tasks are created and used
- Reviewing where visibility and status updates live
- Knowing where to look for questions or follow-up items
Workflow Alignment
Training also focuses on aligning expectations between your office and DayDream. This may look different based on your Organization’s structure: -Single practice -Multi-location groups -DSOs/Enterprises We typically review:- What DayDream owns vs. what remains with the office
- When your team may be asked for input
- How and when communication should occur
- What a “normal” day-to-day workflow looks like once live
What This Phase Produces
By the end of the Training Phase:- Your team understands how to work with DayDream
- Platform access and usage expectations are clear
- Communication and task workflows are aligned
- Any remaining questions or gaps are identified before launch
