# Training Phase

This phase focuses on helping your team understand **how DayDream operates day to day**, how we collaborate with your office, and how work will flow once services are live.

## What to Expect During This Phase

### How DayDream Works Day to Day

We begin by reviewing how DayDream supports your practice on an ongoing basis, including:

* How work is organized and tracked
* How questions and follow-ups are communicated
* How issues are identified, worked, and resolved

This provides context before walking through specific workflows.

### Platform Walkthrough

During the Training Phase, we review the DayDream platform and how your team will interact with it.

This typically includes:

* Navigating the platform
* Understanding how tasks are created and used
* Reviewing where visibility and status updates live
* Knowing where to look for questions or follow-up items

Interactive walkthroughs may be shared to support training and future reference.

### Workflow Alignment

Training also focuses on aligning expectations between your office and DayDream. This may look different based on your Organization's structure:
-Single practice
-Multi-location groups
-DSOs/Enterprises

We typically review:

* What DayDream owns vs. what remains with the office
* When your team may be asked for input
* How and when communication should occur
* What a "normal" day-to-day workflow looks like once live

This ensures there are no surprises after launch.

## What This Phase Produces

By the end of the Training Phase:

* Your team understands how to work with DayDream
* Platform access and usage expectations are clear
* Communication and task workflows are aligned
* Any remaining questions or gaps are identified before launch

This prepares both teams for a smooth transition into Launch Day.

## What Comes Next

Once training is complete and readiness is confirmed, onboarding moves into **Launch Day**, where services officially go live and DayDream begins active work under the agreed-upon process.
